Hi this Subhash chand, I have raised a complaint against MGF Toyota sector 14 Gurgaon. I visited this workshop on 29th of November and I met Mr Parveen, who was very arrogant and misbehaved with me. The reason of his misbehaviour was my previous feedback. I right away started talking to me so rudely. So I raised a complaint against him and against Worlshop but I have not got any response. So what should I understand by this negligence, that Toyota doesnt care for its customers. Pls if you dont take any action against this employee then I will raise this issue internationally. I booked Innova Hycross with Espirt Toyota Mathur Road on dated 25.11.2022 and the dealer told me the accepted date will be 15 Feb 2023. January 2023. I whats app them many times asking about the status of my booking but they are not replying, After then i visited the dealer showroom and they gave me a rounded answer saying NEXT MONTH MAY BE POSSIBLE ALSO THEY DO NOT HAVE CLEAR ANSWER FROM THE TOYOTA COMPANY. I want to know the status of my booking and want to change the dealer.

Hi I booked the Innova hycross on 14th January 2023 and got a tentative timeline of 6-7 months, which was expected to come down post some cancellations, no yesterday I got a mail from dealer that the car is delayed for unknown timeline and they will connect once they have visibility, they are not sharing information like how many booking were made by 14th jan and how many cars are planned to deliver to this dealer. They cannot just tell me that now car is further delayed to 10-11 months. I need to know where is my position in FIFO process for delivering the car

Incompetent and careless service from JD Toyota Bilaspur CG

SIr, I am the owner of Toyota Etios Liva. But very sad to say that I am not a proud owner of this, but a frustrated one. My vehicle number is CG10AR3716. I am regularly having very bad experiences with your service centre at Bilaspur CG, Dealer name JD Toyota. This time I sent my vehicle for repair on 15-04-23, and stated clearly that the front and rear bumper and WIPER Motor needed to be repaired. In between also, I was in talk with service centre representatives, and each time I told them that WIPER motor repair/replacement was also needed. But yesterday, after 15 days vehicle hold at your service centre, your persons called me that front and rear bumper are repaired, and wiper motor repair will take further 10 days. When I asked about the reason for the wiper motor repair delay, they told me that bodyshop workers informed them yesterday only that the wiper motor needs to be replaced. I asked the person that I had already told you on day one, that the wiper motor needs repair/replacement, then why you did not order it on the same day when you ordered for bumpers. But he blamed all things on the body shop person. I told him that I myself had told you and other representatives that the wiper motor will also need repair, but now you are blaming the body shop person. Sir, frustrated with all these, I went to JD Toyota centre Bilaspur today morning, and I scolded your employees for their careless behaviour. And now at noon, they phoned me to say that they have repaired the wiper motor today only. Sir, see. This is the way your workers do their work. If I had not gone to your centre today morning, they would have taken 10 days to repair the wiper motor. !!! Do they work only after scolding.!!! What are the work ethics your company and dealers have. ? How much time is needed to get my vehicle repaired?? Sir, this is not the first time. In Feb'21 also, this same dealer took 29 days to repair my same vehicle. You can check the history of my vehicle work CG10AR3716, and you can see it yourself. I had a car corolla about 6 yrs back. At that time I needed to change the side mirror of that vehicle, but your dealer (other dealer at that time at Bilaspur CG), could not provide a side mirror in 3 months..!!! Frustrated with this, I sold my Corolla car, which was very dear to me. But again, after some time, I bought this car CG10AR3716, Etios Liva, hoping that the new dealer will have good working ethics, but sadly nothing has improved. These all incidents and working patterns are very bad for company stature like you. And i am very much frustrated with your workers work , that's why i have made a complaint at your customer care number (180********) also regarding these same. Kindly refer my Toyota Urban cruiser Hyryder vehicle booking with you (Sunny Toyota Lucknow), viz. order no. ORD23000****. I have been informed about the waiting period by my dealer. I hope Toyota TKM will expedite the procurement of parts and manufacturing process as well as other motor vehicle brands are doing i.e. they have lesser waiting period. Moreover, it seems that Toyota TKM is more biased to produce higher variants of Hyryder in view gaining more profit and not producing E and S variants. I can understand the production and profitability strategy of the company but do remember that in India any business grows by word of mouth marketing and mouth to mouth publicity. So more and more customers you can gain by fulfilling E and S variants demands and more and more word of mouth marketing you will gain. We, M/S. Rebound Enviro Tech Pvt. Ltd. had purchased a Vehicle (Innova Crysta ZX, registration number HP39G0909) from Sant Autowings Pvt. Ltd. at NH-20, Matour Palampur Road, Kangra H.P., dated 31-Oct-2022. At the time of purchase, the sales personnel had told us that your insurance policy is zero dap with covering of all kinds of damages and no further details discussed with us. On dated 18th Feb, 2023, we had reported certain damages during vehicle operation and requested Work Shop Manager Mr. Praveen and Sale personals to replace the part as per the insurance policy and your commitments that had been made at the time of sale of vehicle. We had reported this issue at 1.30 pm and requested to take action as we had certain important works related to our business. Despite taking action, team first not even bothered to talk to us upto 3:30 pm. After that they assured us that they will take positive action regarding the problem and we waited up to 6:30pm but no action was taken. Afterwards, when we asked why you had wasted our day they replied very rudely and retained our vehicle. We again requested to kindly take the action but again they showed much arrogant behaviour. Ultimately, around 7:00 we have to take a long walk of more than 5 km to reach our destination. In the whole incident, we felt so much insulted and still could not believe that one of most respected automobile global brands may go so low-close that customers may be insulted upto any level. In last not the least, we would like to confirm whether this is the upgraded Tyota policy as we never feel such things before in last 15 years or it is just bound with Dealer? If it is only related to Dealer than we would like to clarify that we had believe on Tyota not the dealer. Further, I would like to know as being a customer, to whole against we should approach for justice from court for such a cheating and insulting behavior? Dear Sir, Good day ! This is regarding escalation of our issue with Toyota Lakozy Pvt Ltd, Malad West, Mumbai 400064 branch, there is some Oil Leakage Problem due to faulty quality of Gasket of Cylinder Head, as per attached PDF of Estimate GSE22-0**** Dtd 24.07.2022, we have requested them to repair this problem under Extended Warranty, they are refusing to cover this repair under Extended Warranty, which we feel is not justified. This Toyota Fortuner, has only been driven only 40213 Kms till date, we understand that the leakage has arisen due to defective quality material used in manufacturing of Gaskets, as there is no External damage or any other reason for the leakage, also we have other Fortuner 2014 model also we never heard of any such oil leakage problem arising in Toyota Cars after 40000 kms. Hence looking forward for your co operation in this matter. They have taken down payment, more then one week also made insurance of the vehicle, my bank was ready to make the payment but Uttam toyota reward bank account closed, that's why couldn't make payment. Now taking time for giving bank docs and other formality. Problems was their side and they hold my car. This bank is their home branch bawal.

My car which is standing in Patiala EMM *** motorToyata Plot No. C 154 156 Phase I, Industrial Area, Focal Point, Patiala, Punjab 147001Agency since 15-9-2022 is being harassed by making excuses for not being given, regarding which I have taken legal action and talk with the media. May I be given the CCTV recording from date 9/9/2022 till now in one CD. Someone has changed the tube light of my car. This incident happened in the company The logo of my car which has been broken should be given a new one Whoever did this should be punished, my car's tube light should be replaced with what it was originally.

I'm Dr.nehal patel from Ahmedabad,gujurat.I purchased my car on 30 July 2022 .After 7 days my car was submerged in flood water in my hospital.I gave my car for repair to infinium toyota naroda, ahmedabad.After 1 month I received my car but car have so many problems regarding starting car.i saw my car to same place about 7-8 times after that incidence.but infinium toyota said it's my resolve with time.last time my car was again stop suddenly and don't get started on 6 November 2022.after examination they said to me car had problems with starter so u have to pay 15000-2**** for new starter.but it's not mine fault.its infinum toyota fault..till day I suffer a lot.i paid abt 10,000 amount to infinum toyota Ahmedabad. kindly resolve my problem and give me solution n
